| dc.description.abstract | O objetivo deste artigo é verificar a percepção dos gestores sobre os impactos causados pela tecnologia da informação em relação à implantação dos sistemas integrados de gestão e sua influência sobre as relações de poder e o exercício de controle na organização. A tecnologia da informação e, especificamente, os sistemas de gestão integrados têm desempenhado um papel importante nas empresas, pois a sua implantação introduz mudanças nas formas de controle, alterando as relações de poder. O arcabouço teórico utilizado para fundamentar este estudo baseia-se em uma análise da tecnologia da informação, dos sistemas integrados de gestão e do impacto que a sua implantação provoca nas organizações. Foi realizado um estudo de caso em uma grande empresa de construção de empreendimentos imobiliários. Os dados foram obtidos por meio de entrevista, análise documental e observação direta. Pode-se concluir, após a implantação de um sistema integrado de gestão, que ocorre uma maior centralização e que o poder desloca-se para quem detém a informação e faz uso da mesma para a tomada de decisão. | The objective of this article is to verify the perception of the managers on the impacts the impacts caused for the technology of the information in relation to the implantation of the systems integrated of management and its influence on the relations of power and the exercise of control in the organization. The technology of the information and, specifically, the integrated systems of management have played an important role in the companies, therefore its implantation introduces changes in the control forms, modifying the relations of power. The theoretical framework was based on an analysis of the technology of the information, the integrated systems of management and the impact that its implantation provokes in the organizations. It was a case study in a great company of construction of real estate enterprises was carried through. The data had been gotten by means of interview, questionnaire and documentary analysis. The implantation of an integrated system of management can be concluded after, that occurs a bigger centralization and that the power is dislocated for who withholds the information and makes use of the same one for the decision taking. | |
